Ausgehend von der Begleitung der Entwicklung des Clusters optischer Technologien
in Berlin-Brandenburg (s. P15) wurden qualitative Erhebungen in den optischen
Clustern um Jena (Thüringen) und Tucson (Arizona) durchgeführt. Aktuell
steht eine ergänzende Studie des optischen Clusters zwischen Glasgow und Edinburg
(Schottland) an. Im Zentrum stehen dabei jeweils und in vergleichender Perspektive
Fragen der Entwicklung und des Managements der Cluster.
